Planning Your Office
After we’ve performed an audit of your workspace or commercial building, we meet with you to begin creating your floor plan by hashing out details like wall locations, zone areas, specific departments, and leadership positions. Space plans help our team and yours visualize the possibilities for your office layout to make sure we are all on the same page while establishing realistic expectations.
We refine your vision regarding how many employees you want to be able to accommodate, how you want foot traffic to flow through the office, where you want your office furniture, and how you want your office space to ultimately look and feel. Our office space planners draw on their expertise to design a layout that encourages office collaboration while achieving a balance between open meeting areas and quiet spaces that foster focus.
At this point, we nail down the design concepts you’re most interested in implementing. We are then able to begin formulating preliminary budgeting to give you a clearer idea of what’s possible with your budget. Ultimately, the decisions you make at this stage are critical to laying the foundation for the culture you wish to promote in your new office.
